Gerard McGregor to head Medical Writing team

Gerard McGregor, former Head of Medical Sciences at Pascoe pharmaceutical preparations in Germany, has been appointed Head of Medical Writing at HPM. His appointment follows a drive within the company to expand the writing team and to broaden the existing expertise.

As the Head of Medical Writing he will work with company directors to develop a long term growth strategy and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department.

Gerard McGregor, who had joined the company recently as the Scientific Expert in Preclinical Research, knows the pharmaceutical industry well and brings to the new position vast experience in research, publication and regulatory affairs. He also has experience in academia and is currently an associate professor at the University of Marburg, where he led a productive research group for many years.
